Vermont Slate and Subway
Used some Vermont Slate, played with the grain to achieve the look around the doorway.
Lots of tile and stone in this home. Great folks to work for.
The tiles for the entry of this magnificent room came from a demolition in Europe. I restored each piece that went into the construction of this floor entry. The surrounding stone is Jerusalem Gold Limestone hand chisled
This marble bathroom is made of Oasis Blue marble, with handmade tile accents and base. I designed and installed the shower bench and supports.
This shower is white marble with glass accents. I was allowed to design and install whatever I chose, and this is it. I peticularly like the stone slab details and glass accents especially in the shower floor. The arches were fun to make, and even more to install.
No detail was overlooked with this home in Old Lyme Connecticut. This renovation included a master bathroom and foyer. The stone throughout is Carrara Marble, and Nero Fossil. Handmade mosaic borders accent the shapes of each room. The master bath includes a soaking tub, curbless walk-in shower, and a restored antique vanity top. Foyer is a signed piece featuring classic check with marble slab details. I love that the owners saved the adjacent quarry tiles
This intricate bathroom is a masterpiece of precision. Over 34,000 individual cuts of stone, tile and stained glass went into its construction. The wall wainscot paneling was built using a blend of Light Emperador natural stone, Dark Emperador, porcelain, and stained glass tiles. The dark pocket panel border is strip cut stained glass. The floor is full inlay Valentino Italian porcelain, with natural stone borders and blocks. The entire scope of tile work was designed and built by Jamey Leone, including the mural artwork which drew its inspiration from the center panels of the wainscot. All stained glass murals were constructed from around 70,000 pieces of hand cut stained glass by Jamey and Debra Leone.
White Venetino Bath
This Bathroom was made special as a gift from one man to his wife. We used white venetino marble for the walls and floors with the exception of the the nero black vanity tops and accent liners. The glass mosaic is frosted sea glass, and the shower floor is a black pebble stone. The built in fixtures and vanities were designed and created specifically for this project. Notice the heart accent detail in the shower niche. I had a lot of fun with this one and it ultimately earned an "Award For Excellence" from the Connecticut Flooring Association.
Master Spa Suite
I love this bathroom. This is the result of two craftsmen working at their best. My friend Bob Davis asked me one day if I would come take a look at his master bathroom. We came together and used both our talents to create this amazing space. Bob, an expert carpenter, and I with the stone and pencil decided to open the walls and create a master bedroom suite, where husband and wife can enjoy relaxing in the privacy of their own room. Features include, and airjet spa tub, open shower, remote controlled fireplace, and separate toilet. Everything in this room is custom. Hand cut floor, Natural Stone Details, and Bob's beautiful woodwork. The shower bench came from a pond on his property. Stone is Travertine, Light, Dark, Walnut, and Crosscut for the columns. Tile, Brown porcelain, and some mosaic we found. I selected some tiles for color and design to create the natural "mural" above the vanity.

This bathroom features a soaking tub with stand alone shower
Sweet wall niche
This house features a bath, foyer and two fireplaces designed and installed. The foyer is hand cut Vermont Slate, and the fireplaces are a decorative cement plaster finish I created combining cement, sand, acrylic, and pigments.
